We’ve designed, sited and built residential construction projects in the Tallahassee / Leon County area for a number of years now.

When we “site” a home, we take into consideration environmental factors like elevation and orientation. We can advise on best practices for seasonal heating and cooling efficiency. But we also factor in such considerations as sunrise and sunset views from balconies or sun rooms, skylight placement, and similar enhancements. The residential construction images above are actual examples of new homes we’ve acted as principle for in design and lot development, siting and construction / general contracting.
